Sad Days
Sadly, my mother passed away on Saturday night -- the day before Mother's Day. At age 93, she was still an active, dynamic woman. We will miss her.

In memory of my mom, Betty.
I have a lot of things to take care of, so it will probably be a week or so before I begin blogging again.

Deborah,
I am so sorry for your loss. Even though she was 93 years old and had lived a long life, it is still very sad.
Your website is just wonderful! My business partner and I are just starting out and have found your site to be a great resource. Thank you for sharing so much information so freely.

Deborah,
From your site I have gathered you are a wonderful person, and I extend my condolences on your mom's passing. Your mother must have been an remarkable individual, as it bears out in you and what you do at this site.
She had the opportunity to be a dynamic person and, through you, make an impact on so many people around the country and the world. So, while I am saddened for you in her passing, I rejoice in the strength that was her life and the lasting legacy she leaves the world through you.

Sorry to hear about your mom. I know from experience how difficult it can be to lose a parent. You work on automatic pilot to get the public grieving stuff done, and it never seems an appropriate time to grieve internally. Take care of yourself.
