Luxurious Day

I took the day off today. Yup, no work. I love being a consultant. I don't have to call in sick, take a vacation day, or make excuses to anyone. Of course, if I don't work, I don't make any money. But today I don't care. So what did I do? Not much. I took a nap, I watched some Court TV (my favorite show), took the dog for a long walk, tried to come up with some ideas on what restaurant to go to tonight, and read a bunch of political blogs to see what people had to say about last night's debate. Basically, I just loafed and it's been a great day! I'm thinking about heading over to Starbucks for an extra hot toffeenut latte, but that might take too much energy.

So, everyone, have a good weekend. Fall is here!
