WORKING WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND OBTAINING
REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs)

Most (but not all) government agency RFPs can now be found on the FedBizOpps Website, and Requests for Applications (RFAs) for government grants are published on Grants.gov.

However, it is often useful to visit an agency's website where you might find specific information, tools and guidance on how to do business with that particular government agency. You may also find agency RFPs posted on these websites. Below is an alphabetical listing of various agencies as well as some individual bureaus, departments or divisions. If the agency or bureau you are looking for isn't listed here, do a Google search for it. Then, at the agency website, you can search for contract and business information by using the terms "procurement" or "acquisition" or "contracts".
